I have had problems with my septic system for a few years now. I called Senior Septic and spoke to Hector. A very nice guy that knows his business. The inital draining was on October 28, 2023. But the pipes started backing up again on November 8, 2023 so I called Hector back. He scheduled a crew to come out on November 9th. Those guys worked their butts off to dig down to the septic tank and find the problem. Edwin was able to pump the tank and now I have peace of mind for the upcoming Holidays! The price was so reasonable too! Fast, professional, hard working and polite! Highly recommended!

I own a duplex in Covina that needed the septic systems drained and inspected. Used Yelp to find Hector of Señor Septic. Made an appointment, he was early and started his walk around inspecting the system. I've owned this Investment property for awhile and have used other septic services. Hector was able to explain to me how the systems were working. Recommended pumping both houses and provided me with a reasonable estimate. His son came back with a big 2500 gallon tank truck. My systems were so full for both houses that it required a second trip which took 4 hours. Being a Realtor/Investor for over 30 years I'm always looking for Services that I can trust, Señor septic is now my Go to guy for septic!!!

I called four companies, the first one (Isaac and Sons) attempted to scare us into completely replacing our sceptic system by telling us we had a different system than what we actually had having done zero investigation of his own. My experience with Señor Septic was very possitive. One of the biggest reasons why decided to work with señor septic is because the owners knowledge of the Rancho Cucamonga area, and specifically the area I live right by Eitiwanda High School. A lot of the neighbors in the area has said positive things about the company also. The crew showed up 15 minutes early, and was very polite and respectful. Work was prompt, quick, and stress free. They Did a very good job explaining everythign, and giving recommendations that seemed very honest. Thank you for your service, and will reach out again in the future.

This company was the ONLY company that actually showed up , call backed, and DID THE JOB. We were in desperate need for our septic tank to be pumped. I called around lots of places and some would say that they would come and be a no show. one other company came but said they couldn’t do the job (and that company said they pumped septic tanks) and others wouldn’t even return a phone call. I highly recommend Señor Septic. Very professional, very reliable, and affordable. Don’t even look anywhere else you’ll be wasting your time with those other companies.

Great Service. Kudos to the service technician. We had some sledge and dirt in our tank and he worked really hard to get most of it out. Couldn't get all of it out but instructed me on what to do the next time we needed a cleaning.

The company that last pumped my septic tank went out of business, so when I needed it again, I went on Yelp and found Senor Septic. I'm glad I did! When they excavated they found that the lid was cracked and in danger of falling in. Not only that, but my type of lid was not made anymore, and to have one constructed I was looking at about $800 in addition to the pumping fee. After conferring with their office, they came up with an alternative that would cost half as much. They completed the job so professionally, including replacing decorative rocks and gravel so that it looked like nothing had happened. I would highly recommend their services.

And a word to the wise: with so many people using wipes now due to COVID-19, they strongly recommend that these not be flushed - even though the packages say "flushable."

Great service, came out same day. I called around to a couple other places and these guys were right for me. They didn't have a bunch of add on charges like other places I called. Flat rate pump for up to 15O0 gal. They didn't try and up-sell me either. I asked about adding risers and different lids and the guy gave me honest options instead of having me spend more money for something I didn't need. Also I tried to save some money by digging up the lid myself. This happened to be the secondary lid, they didn't charge me more to find the primary which was 6ft away. I will definitely call them back and recommend their services
